Chinese electric vehicle company BYD has announced a limited-time offer for customers in Pakistan. Under this promotion, anyone who buys a BYD vehicle will receive a free 7kW home charger. However, the company said that installation charges and applicable taxes will have to be paid separately by the customer.

According to BYD Pakistan, the 7kW charger can reduce charging time significantly compared to a standard 2kW charger. For example, the BYD Atto 3 can be fully charged in around six to eight hours using the 7kW charger, while it may take about 22 to 24 hours with a lower-capacity charger.

The company said the offer is available on all BYD vehicles currently being sold in Pakistan and will remain valid for a limited time, although the exact duration has not been announced yet.

BYD Pakistan has also advised customers to confirm complete details, including installation requirements and any additional charges, through official sources before purchasing a vehicle.
