ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has termed the claim by the Afghan Taliban spokesperson regarding a violation of the temporary suspension of “Operation Ghazab-Lil-Haq” as “ridiculous.”
According to the Ministry of Information, no ceasefire violation has been committed by Pakistan, adding that the allegations made by the Afghan regime are baseless and false.
The ministry stated that such propaganda appears aimed at justifying terrorist activities, and could also have originated from internal dissenting elements within the Taliban regime.
It further said Pakistan has already made it clear that any hostile action would end the temporary pause, and any acts of terrorism or cross-border attacks would be met with full force.

Earlier, the Information Minister had stated that operations were paused following requests from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Qatar, and would remain suspended until the night of March 24.
