ATC extends Qureshi’s bail in several cases

PHOTO: SCREENGRAB/EXPRESSAn anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday extended the interim pre-arrest bail of PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi until November 6 in several cases, including the Jinnah House and Askari Tower attack cases.ATC Judge Manzer Ali Gill conducted the proceedings.

The court was provided Qureshi's jail warrant papers and it extended his interim bail in the cases.It directed the lawyers to present their arguments on Qureshi's interim bail at the next hearing.The former minister had sought pre-arrest bail in cases related to the Jinnah House and Askari Tower attacks, as well as torching a Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz office and a container at Kalma Chowk, among other cases registered in connection….
