    Kalimat Foundation celebrates “World Braille Day” 2025

    Sharjah: Al Khaleej, in celebration of World Braille Day, Kalimat Foundation, the non-profit organization concerned with empowering deprived and visually impaired children and ensuring their right to read, organized an interactive community program that included a range of activities aimed at integrating blind and visually impaired children into society. The program brought together blind and visually impaired children with sighted children in a living embodiment of one community, in line with the Kalimat Foundation’s mission and goals aimed at promoting the independence of all children. Their right to education, and ensuring their integration into society. The program was held at Rax Café in Aljada, Sharjah, and included a pioneering initiative to promote accessible games and expand their reach.
