Bangkok is set to become the global hub for tourism trade as the Thai International Travel Fair Business Matching 2026 takes center stage on Wednesday, 21 January 2026.

Positioned as the official B2B precursor to the Thailand International Travel Fair, this high-profile event organized by the Thai Travel Agents Association will be hosted at Ballroom 1–2, First Floor, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.

The event promises an unparalleled platform for international tourism suppliers and Thailand’s outbound travel agencies to forge meaningful commercial partnerships.

Over 300 buyers and more than 500 Thai outbound travel agencies are expected to converge for structured, full-day business-matching sessions, facilitating direct engagement, deal-making, and strategic networking in a dedicated professional environment.

The program runs from 09:00 to 17:00 Thailand Standard Time, commencing with seller registration and a morning coffee break, followed by buyer registration.

An opening session and group photograph will precede the formal business-matching sessions. These sessions are interspersed with networking lunches and scheduled coffee breaks, culminating in a late-afternoon closing session.

The agenda remains flexible to accommodate dynamic adjustments by the organizers.

International tourism businesses can join through a structured seller registration program. Registration for one company representative is priced at USD 400, which includes access to shared meeting tables, two coffee breaks, and a networking lunch.

Additional representatives can register for USD 300, with identical inclusions. This registration model is designed to maximize structured engagement while fostering informal networking opportunities throughout the day.

The Business Matching 2026 initiative is designed to facilitate face-to-face negotiations between sellers and Thai outbound agencies, with a particular focus on tourism products, services, and travel experiences.

As part of the 31st edition of the Thailand International Travel Fair, one of Southeast Asia’s premier tourism trade exhibitions, the event underscores Thailand’s role as a central hub for global travel commerce and market connectivity.

The platform allows international suppliers to showcase offerings, exchange operational insights, and cultivate long-term commercial partnerships, creating a highly efficient and professionally curated business environment.

Thailand’s outbound travel sector is experiencing rapid expansion, with projections indicating a 10% increase in travel volume over the next three years.

This growth trajectory highlights the importance of dedicated B2B platforms, enabling international sellers to engage efficiently with Thai buyers and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the outbound travel market.

Following the business-matching day, participants can continue their engagement at the Thailand International Travel Fair (22–25 January 2026), gaining exposure to a consumer-facing tourism environment.

This seamless integration ensures that B2B interactions and public exhibition activities complement each other, providing a holistic overview of Thailand’s dynamic travel industry and facilitating ongoing networking and business development opportunities.
