Emma Roberts is celebrating her son Rhodes, lovingly referring to him as “angel boy” as he turns four.
Emma, 33, shared the milestone with her over 20 million Instagram followers on Friday as dedicated a carousel to her little one.
“Happy Birthday angel boy [heart emoji] 4!!” she captioned the slideshow that began with a photo of Rhodes smiling while seated on a couch. Next up were snaps of the mother-son duo.
Emma shares her son with ex Garrett Hedlund, from whom she split in 2022 after the infant’s first birthday.
The pair began dating in March 2019 and welcomed Rhodes in December 2020.
Rhodes has been a frequently seen face on her Instagram, and in most cases her workplace too.
This past year, Emma opened up about her son coming to the set of the rom-com Maybe I Do and that he is wrapping his head around mom’s nature of work.
“He understands when my hair looks different and he says, ‘Take it off.’ And I’m like, ‘I can’t take it off right now. At the end of the day I can, but not right now,’” Emma shared on Jimmy Kimmel Live in July.
“And I’m scared when I get a job [and] if I have to dye my hair another color… And [I] can’t take it off,” she added.
