
Under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Chairman of the Executive Council, the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah issued a decision regarding the disposal of vehicles seized in the Emirate of Sharjah, which has passed for a period of no less than (3) months to seize it without its owners or administering them raising the reservation or release. According to the decision, the Committee for the Display of Vehicles reserved to sell at the public auction of the vehicles that have been seized by the police for reasons related to traffic or criminal accidents, after 3 months after the closing of the traffic accident file or the issuance of the judicial ruling after coordination with the Public Prosecution in the emirate.
