Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, the Department of Tourism and Antiquities in the emirate announced the publication of the Arabic version of the book “The History of Fujairah and its Antiquities” by his author, Dr. Michel Zolococci, with the aim of enhancing knowledge of the history of the emirate and its rich heritage between the local and Arab audiences. This version comes within the series “The Natural History of the Principality of Fujairah”, which is issued by the Environment Authority, and it is the second book within the series and covers the sequence of the history of the emirate from the ancient Stone Age until the mid -twentieth century, while highlighting the most important historical and archaeological stations that Fujairah has gone through. This version reflects the outcome of broad projects and research initiatives led by His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah
