Umm Al -Quwain launches our “Halal Mawafi” to support animal production

The municipality of Umm Al -Quwain launched an awareness initiative entitled “Our Halal is a healthy”, targeting farm owners and livestock breeders, with the aim of promoting awareness of preventive measures to protect livestock from diseases, especially foot -and -foot fever, which contributes to the sustainability of animal production and food security in the emirate. The initiative came organized by the General Health and Safety Department, in cooperation with the Environmental Sustainability Department, with the participation of veterinary services departments, combating public health pests, and protecting groundwater, as part of integrated efforts to enhance health and environmental security.
