Clinical Excellence program for genetic and cellular treatments for children

The Health Department – Abu Dhabi signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with the National Children’s Hospital in Washington, with the aim of launching the clinical distinction program for genetic and cellular treatments for children. The agreement represents an important step to enhance the possibility of children in the country obtaining advanced genetic and cellular treatments, as well as providing specialized fellowships, training programs and workshops to improve the competencies of national cadres, and consolidate the position of Abu Dhabi as a global center leading to innovation in life sciences.
