Candidates must hold at least a Level III cricket coaching accreditation and have a minimum of five years of relevant experience working with elite cricketers, national or international teams, franchises or similar cricketing environments.
Experience in monitoring coaching systems, developing bowlers and working with athletes to international standards is also required.The ideal candidate should possess strong planning, management, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
