The Federation’s Attorney General lights up to confront economic crimes

Counselor Dr. Hamad Saif Al Shamsi, the Federation’s Attorney General, participated in the seminar organized by the Public Prosecution to the Russian Federation, as part of the work of the International Economic Forum held in the city of Saint Petersburg recently. The seminar dealt with the topic of “ways to reduce organizational and administrative burdens as one of the basic conditions for ensuring the freedom to practice business and attract investments with mutual benefit”, and representatives of the participating countries discussed the importance of enhancing investor confidence in the role of the public prosecutor in entrepreneurship and protecting the rights of investors, and views on modern strategies and mechanisms were exchanged to face common challenges, and reduce administrative burdens
