The 21st edition of the Liwa Wet Festival starts July 14

ABU DHABI/Wam, sponsored by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State and Prime Minister and head of the Presidential Bureau, will be held the 21st session of the Liwa Wet Festival its activities from 14 to 27 July 2025, in the city of Liwa in the Al -Dhafra region, organized by the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority. The festival, which is held in conjunction with the wet dementia season in the UAE, aims to highlight the position of the palm tree and its fruits in the Emirati society, as one of the components of the national identity, as well as contributing to the sustainability of the heritage and agricultural sector, enhancing awareness of the importance of agriculture in the country, supporting the owners of farms producing palm trees, fruits and local agricultural products, and enhancing the system
