Cardi B has finally revealed the real reason behind her separation from Offset.
The 32-year-old rapper revealed on X Spaces on Tuesday that she was “tired” of her “toxic” relationship with her estranged husband.
“I don’t think people understand how tired I was. How tired, how mentally drained I was,” she told her fans.
“Drained, drained, drained. Couldn’t eat. I was getting frequent headaches,” the WAP musician added. “I was literally losing my mind.”
“I was literally losing my mind,” repeated Cardi. “And I gave it chances after chances after chances after chances after chances after chances.”
The Enough hitmaker further mentioned that “If she was still there, I was going to end up going to jail, ‘cause I was going to end up killing them. Seriously, with my own bare hands. ‘Cause it was just getting so … it was just getting too much.”
For those unversed, Cardi filed for divorce from Offset in July 2024 after seven years of marriage. The rapper shares three children with the Migos artist — Kulture, Wave, and Blossom.
