Howard Stern has scored an early courtroom victory in his legal dispute with former assistant Leslie Kuhn after a judge rejected one of her key allegations.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the judge ruled against Kuhn’s claim that Stern’s production company forged non-disclosure agreements bearing her signature.

Kuhn had alleged that her email was hacked in May 2025 and that the NDA submitted by Stern’s production company One Twelve was not authentic. However, the court reviewed an email sent from her account that read, “Signed NDA attached,” along with her electronic signature.

The judge dismissed the forgery accusation.

The ruling marks the latest development in Kuhn’s lawsuit, which she filed in April after working for Stern from 2022 until her dismissal in February 2026. She initially sought to have NDAs signed in 2022 and 2025 declared unenforceable, arguing they prevented her from speaking about her experience working for Howard Stern and his wife, Beth Stern. Howard had already agreed not to enforce the 2022 agreement.

Kuhn claims she was promoted from office manager on The Howard Stern Show to executive assistant before taking on responsibilities managing the Sterns’ South Hamptons estate. She alleges she was subjected to “a hostile work environment.”

    Howard has denied the allegations.
